Description:So cute! So adorable! So slimy! What is there not to like! Particularly with salt—but we refrained. It is so adorable that UC Santa Cruz has it as its mascot, by popular demand of the student body. Even John Travolta in Pulp Fiction could not resist the lure of the banana slug when it was blazoned across his chest.
Last year's banana slug was equally as cute and adorable.
