What do you think the first all electric house in Fresno would look like? Well, now you can stop wondering and see it for yourself. The Blum House--Abe and Mildred Blum had this distinction of building the house. Who were the Blums? Abe Blum was the president of Gottschalks department store starting in 1955. For those of you who do not know, Gottschalks was a 100+ year old regional store which went bust in the 2008-09 depression.
