Front of Building

Frankly, we have never been impressed with the outside of the building. But the inside shows the style of the era, where craftsmanship was valued. The sculptured marble and the tall hallways show the power of the government of the people. But to us, the outside tends to be more blockish, even though the style's name is PWA Deco Moderne.
