Capture California

What is a YOLT? Well, you may have heard the term YOLO. Gary and Sherri think we can live again, not as James Bond, but as being reborn. Consequently, we are having fun in our life, after all, You Only Live Twice.

Capture California, the Game-2013
Adventure: 003, Site 073-St. John's Rectory
Local Registry ID: 87

Team: YOLT
Date:  September 15, 2013
Location:
Address: 2814 Mariposa Street, Fresno CA

Description:
Date Built: 1928
Architect: Julius C. Fabel

When Sherri and Gary heard about the history of this building, we thought, Cool! The person who built roller coasters in Santa Cruz and Southern California (see Adventure 217). Sort of interesting that the same person who designed and built this building also built roller coasters. Now this rectory does not have any features of a roller coaster, at least from the outside. Enjoyed the visit on the St Johns Cathederal Historic Tour.
